Return Policy

Items may be returned for store credit or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, items must be in their original, unopened packaging or have the original tags attached. Vinyl must be uncut and not bent to qualify for a return. We cannot accept vinyl that has been pre-cut, except for standard increments offered in-store (such as 2–4 yards or 12” x 24”).

Holiday items are not eligible for return after the date of the holiday. Customers who are not enrolled in our rewards program must provide a receipt for any return or exchange.

For shipped orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless package protection was purchased at checkout.

All clearance and sale items are final sale.
